With a BA (Hons Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy, Dip in Counselling & Psychotherapy, Cert in Sports Psychology, Couples Counselling and MBCBT (Mindfulness based cognitive behavioural therapy). As a therapist, the therapeutic approaches I take to therapy include an integrative one, incorporating Psychodynamic Therapy (exploring the influence of past experiences on current behaviours) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) including the principles of Person-Centred Therapy (an empathic approach that empowers clients to fulfil their own potential).

I am a fully accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist with the IACP, I offer the highest in standard personal therapy with tailored multidisciplinary approaches for all my clients. Everyone is uniquely different, I take an individual, non judgemental, empathic and genuine approach to all my clients own needs.
Counselling or psychotherapy can help with a number of issues. I work with anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, sexuality issues, panic attacks, low self-esteem, grief, loss, infertility and relationship issues, to name a few. I allow a safe confidential, calm space for clients to better understand their thoughts, beliefs and behaviours.
I work with clients using a blend of person centred, psychodynamic and other solution focused approaches. Client-Centred Psychotherapy is a humanistic approach to therapy that deals with a client’s conscious knowledge and experience of themselves. The person-centred approach values the clients ability in developing their own potential.
