Couples Counselling
Patient-first professional counselling & psychotherapy clinic
Every relationship faces challenges — whether it’s communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, or navigating life’s transitions together. Couples counselling provides a supportive, non-judgemental space where you and your partner can explore these challenges and work towards a more connected and fulfilling relationship.
I offer both online and in-person sessions, allowing you to choose the format that feels most comfortable and accessible for you as a couple.
My approach combines Integrative and Emotionally Focused modalities. This means our work together is tailored to your unique relationship — drawing on evidence-based strategies to improve communication, deepen emotional understanding, and rebuild trust. Emotionally Focused Therapy helps couples recognise and shift unhelpful patterns of interaction, while an integrative approach allows flexibility to meet your specific needs and goals.
In our sessions, we may focus on:
-
Strengthening communication and empathy
-
Rebuilding trust after conflict or disconnection
-
Managing differences and navigating difficult conversations
-
Restoring emotional and physical intimacy
-
Supporting one another through stress, change, or life transitions
Couples counselling isn’t about finding fault — it’s about discovering new ways to connect and understand each other. Together, we’ll work towards creating a relationship that feels more supportive, resilient, and emotionally secure.
