Alannah’s been a great therapist and a huge help in my personal life. Very good at making you feel comfortable and keeping the session on track, can’t recommend her enough.
Alannah is both a wonderful counsellor and therapist. She has a very holistic approach, making you feel truly heard.
Best counsellor I ever had, helped me a lot when I was down and needed help.
When I was very depressed, someone recommended me the counselling sessions and that was how I met Alannah. Her warm and understanding personality helped me realise what I needed to heal within myself. Sometimes we are unable to see certain facts or deny them and the assistance of a counsellor may open us to let go suppressed emotions. If you are looking for trust and open talk, then definitely meet Alannah.
Never having considered professional help before, I was unsure what to expect and also quite nervous. I came across Alannah when I’d reached an all time low point in my life. It was the best decision I ever made. Through sessions with Alannah and her skill of guiding me through the process, I’ve rediscovered myself and the true joys in life. I also feel assured that I’m better equipped to handle situations or setbacks that can naturally occur. What struck me most about her was her ability, not only to listen, but to engage in conversation in a way that felt totally natural and comfortable. I’d have no hesitation recommending Alannah, just as I have done with friends and family.
