Counselling is a chance to talk confidentially with someone who understands, who listens and can help .
Offering confidential, private, one to one & group counselling for people to go where they can talk, feel safe, and be listened to, working in the area of anxiety, depression, lifestyle, bereavement, relationships, stress, health and wellness, health coaching, grief & loss and baby loss.
Every person is an Individual, and has their own needs, I have studied Sport Psychology & Mindfulness, certified in both, and I have a passion for working with the Body and the Mind, taking an allover approach to issues with mental & physical health.
I am a Counsellor/Psychotherapist & member of IACP, working for the past 11 years as a Health and Wellness Body & Mind Coach. Believing that both the body and mind are important in healing. Working in the area of health & wellness, anxiety, depression, bereavement & self-esteem, with personal experience in the area of bereavement, specifically baby loss, and parental loss. Every person is an Individual, and has their own needs, having trained in the areas of CBT, Psychodynamic, Sport Psychology & Mindfulness, its about finding balance when working with the Body and the Mind, taking an allover approach to issues with mental & physical health.
