Are you finding things tough at the moment? Struggling with day to day activities, commitments or pressures? If so you have come to the right place.
Covid-19 is a challenge, it has changed how we do many ‘normal’ things in our daily lives. Stress levels are higher, families feel strained, and life as we know it has been affected. Has your personal life, relationships, work environment changed? Have you had a loss or bereavement, loss of a job, or a change in circumstances? Stability, familiarity and security have all been effected, life as we know it feels different.
